The Universal Right
to Internet Access Manifesto
The pandemic caused by COVID-19 have made inequality in Internet access evident. This «digital fracture» threatens to become an irreversible «cognitive fracture«, in particular for the younger generations. The 21st century should be the century of education for all. And there is no doubt that universal access to the Internet turns out to be the only known way today to be able to take that education to all corners of the earth, through an initiative of civil society, concerned with ensuring that education and its values are available to all those who are the future of this planet.
